Kobe vs. Nilsson

A couple of weeks ago I wrote down my goals for 2012. If you ask me about my “foodie” dreams, I would show you this movie.

Come Home :: Fäviken Magasinet meets In De Wulf from piet de kersgieter on Vimeo.

Why? “Kobe Desramaults invited Magnus Nilsson over to cook diner for a selection of international journalists and bloggers.” I wish I was one of those bloggers. And if not, I really want to go to In De Wulf in Dranouter. I already went to De Vitrine in Ghent, an other restaurant of Kobe. It was very good, really a gastronomic discovery. It’s a very high culinary level. Also the decoration of the plates is extraordinary. I admit, I was really impressed. So I’m really curious about In De Wulf. So one of my dreams for 2012 is to go dining In De Wulf or be one of those bloggers.

A great chef, a great restaurant and a great village!
