12th of november: just one day after returning from a great snooker event in the “capital” of Flanders, I was unexpectedly back in Antwerp. Sometimes “food happiness” is hidden in a very small, but nice coffee bar.
I admit, the interior of the bar is too girly for me. But girly or not, the cupcakes, and the coffee are delicious. Really, very good. I’m not a big fan of filled cupcakes, I like them, but most of the time they are too heavy. Less cake and too much whipped cream. The cupcakes, I tried, Saturday were really good. Not too much whipped cream, but enough taste and I’m sure they were fresh made. We went to @MoMade_Cupcakes. I tried a blueberry cupcake and my girlfriend a hazelnut, white chocolate and caramel cupcake. Both cupcakes were so good. Mo Lamkoref knows how to make cupcakes. And I will come back for sure!
